Dr. Gayle Whittaker likes to practice network spinal analysis in a group setting. Research in the development of Network Spinal Analysis continues to support that being entrained in a group atmosphere enhances one's ability to create changes in his/her nervous system and spine. There are four tables within the healing room used to promote the universal vibrations of healing. As one person's spine becomes entrained to vibrate more effectively than it becomes easier for others to do the same.

As for people that do not feel comfortable in a group setting, Dr. Whittaker also perfoms NSA in private rooms. Once people experience the benefits of entrainment they usually open themselves up to the group room as they become more aware of their surroundings.
